摘要
目的阐明37.4GHz毫米波对胚胎产生损伤效应的阈值及导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能降低的机理。方法用频率37.4GHz、功率密度1、3、5、8mW/cm2的毫米波,在小鼠怀孕6~15d时进行2h/d辐射,用Y型电迷宫对成年子鼠进行学习记忆功能测试,分别用RBA、HPLCECD、RIA法对足孕胚胎和成年子鼠脑MR、单胺递质和AVP进行测定。结果5、8mW/cm2的毫米波导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能明显降低、成年子鼠垂体中AVP含量明显降低,成年子鼠海马区Bmax值明显升高、成年子鼠脑中多巴胺(DA)含量及足孕胚胎脑中DA含量明显降低,而1、3mW/cm2毫米波未导致以上指标的明显变化,以上指标均与功率密度及学习记忆成绩呈明显相关。结论37.4GHz毫米波辐射孕鼠导致胚胎损伤效应的阈值在3~5mW/cm2之间,其导致成年子鼠学习记忆功能降低与使其脑中AVP、DA含量降低及使海马区胆碱能神经活性降低密切相关。
Objective To determine the threshold of fetus injury induced by millimeter wave irradiation with a frequency of 37.4 GHz,and to clarify the mechanism of lowering learning capacity and memory of the adult offspring. Methods Twomonth old mice were separately irradiated by millimeter wave with a frequency of 37.4 GHz at power densities of 1,3,5, 8 mW/cm2 for 2h daily from the 6th to 15th day of gestation. The test of learning capacity and memory of adult offspring was employed on Ytype electric maze. The quantity of Mcholinergic receptor(MR) and its affinity to ligand, the contents of monoamine transmitter and argininevasopressin(AVP) in the brain of the fetuses at term, adult offspring were measured by using radioligand birding assay(RBA), high proficient liquid chromatographyelectrochemical determination (HPLCECD) and radioimmunoassay(RIA) separatively. Results Millimeter wave irradiation at power densities of 5,8 mW/cm2 lowered learning capacity and memory of adult offspring. 8mW/cm2 significantly reduced the content of AVP in pituitary gland of adult offspring,meanwhile increased quantity of MR in hippocampus of adult offspring.It obviously reduced the content of DA in brain of adult offspring and the fetuses at term. But, millimeter wave irradiation at power densities of 1, 3 mW/cm2 caused no significant changes of aforesaid parameters. There is a significant correlation among the aforesaid parameters, power densities and learning capacity and memory results. Conclusion The threshold of fetus injury induced by millimeter wave irradiation to pregnant mice with a frequency of 37.4GHz is between 3 mW/cm2 and 5 mW/cm2. The mechanism that millimeter wave irradiation lowered learning capacity and memory of the adult offspring is closely related to a decrease of the content of AVP,DA in the brain,as well as a reduced function of cholinergic nerves in the hippocampus.
