不同功率密度毫米波辐射对小鼠胚胎发育的影响

摘要 目的:阐明低功率密度毫米波辐射孕鼠是否导致胎仔生后精神生理学方面的改变。方法:用频率36.11GHz、功率密度7.2mW/cm2、10.0mW/cm2的毫米波,在BALB/c小鼠怀孕6~15天时每天辐射2小时,用生后精神生理学指标进行分析。结果:7.2mW/cm2的毫米波辐射导致出生3天内的胎仔体重降低及成年子鼠学习和记忆能力降低;10.0mW/cm2的毫米波辐射导致生后仔鼠3项反射指标形成时间明显延迟,胎仔生后1天~8周时体重明显降低,成年子鼠学习和记忆成绩降低,且明显低于7.2mW/cm2毫米波组鼠。结论:毫米波辐射植入后期胚胎可导致仔鼠精神生理学指标的变化,增加毫米波辐射的功率密度可加强对胚胎的毒性效应。 Objective:To clarify the pregnant mice exposured to millimeter wave will result in the psychophysiologic alteration of offspring or not.Methods:The BALB/c mice with pregnancy were radiated with 36.11GHz,7.2mW/cm2 or 10.0mW/cm2 of millimeter wave,2h/per day,from the 6th to 15th day of pregnant period.After birth,the indices of psychophysiology were determined and analysed.Results:The body weight of fetus within 3 days after birth was decreased with 7.2mW/cm2 radiation,while the learning and memory capacity of adult mice were lowered,too.With 10.0mW/cm2 radiation,the formative period of three reflex indices(turn-over,posture,audition) was significantly delayed,besides, the body weight of fetus;the learning and memory capacity of adult mice were also reduced.But the effect of 10.0mW/cm2 radiation for learning and memory capacity of adult mice was better than that of 7.2mW/cm2 radiation.Conclusion:These data are shown that the millimeter wave radiation could cause the psychophysiologic alteration in offspring of mice.The more the power density is,the greater the toxicity of embryo will get.
