暴露于次氟酸三氟甲酯后氟在豚鼠硬组织中的分布

摘要 豚鼠暴露于次氟酸三氯甲酯(CF3OF)后,随着染毒浓度增高(0,0.13和2.02mg/m3)和染毒时间延长(2,6和10周),氟在硬组织中的含量明显增高,用显微密度仅测定见实验组骼骨密度明显增高。验证了长期接触有机氟气体可导致慢性中毒且影响骨骼的临床发现;肋和骼骨含氟量可能用作慢性有机氟中毒的诊断指标。 It is well known that fluorine accumulated in tissues of bodies exposed to inorgano-fluorine couldcause fluorosis. Nevertheless,fluorine accumulation in bodies and significant increase in densities ofilium had also been observed in experimented guinea pigs exposed to CF3OF (Trifluoromethyl hy-pofluorite),one of organo-fluoride compounds. It is possible that chronic organo-fluorosis could becaused by long-term exposure to CF3OF. Fluorine contents in ribs and ilium could be associatedwith the diagnosis of occupational chronic organo-nuorosis.
