接触有机氟作业工人尿N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性测定

DETEMINATION OF NAG ACTIVITY IN URINE OF WORKERS EXPOSED TO ORGANIC FLUORIDE

摘要 对194名接触有机氟作业工人进行了尿NAG活性测定,结果表明,长期接触有机氟作业工人尿NAG活性明显高于非接氟作业的对照组。不同性别、不同工龄和不同工种之间尿NAG活性未见明显差异,但对照组工人尿NAG活性随年龄增加而升高。提示长期接触有机氟作业可能对工人肾脏产生一定的损害。 The N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase (NAG) activities in urine of 194 workers exposed to organic fluoride were determined. Results showed that the urinary NAG activities in workers exposed to organic fluoride for 1 to more than 20 years were significantly higher than those of non-exposed group. No significant differences in the NAG activities were found between male and female workers.The NAG activities in Urine did not change significantly among different lengths of service or different types of work. The urinary NAG activities in the control workers increased with the age.The results indicated that the long-term exposure to organic fluoride may produce kidney damage in workers.
