摘要
目的:研究药物透皮吸收行为的药剂学规律。方法:用改良的Fick’s扩散装置,测定100种药物在小鼠皮肤的透皮速率,并与含2%和5%促渗剂月桂氮酮进行比较,通过计算药物的累积渗透量(Q),稳态透皮速率(J)和渗透系数(Kp),以探讨药物透皮吸收的药剂学规律。结果与分析:研究分析①药物理化性质与药物透皮行为的药剂学规律。②预测药物透皮吸收的数学(或经验)公式。③考察不同浓度的月桂氮酮对药物透皮渗透性的影响及对数学方程式的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study pharmaceutical regularity of percutaneous absorption. METHODS: The percutaneous absorption speed of one hundred drugs and the different permeation enhancing activity of 2% and 5% Azone were studied in mouse with improved Fick's diffusing installation by computing accumulative permeation quantity (Q), steady percutaneous speed (J), and permeation coefficient (Kp). RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: We discussed the rules in pharmaceutics of drug's physical and chemical characteristics and peucutaneous absorption, calculated the experimental regressive equation of drug percutaneous absorption and compared the influence of different concentration Azone to drug percutaneous permeation and equation.
