摘要
为满足国内外日益严格的环保要求,开发研制了FC级可生物降解二冲程汽油机油。以酯类油、聚异丁烯、矿物油为基础油,加入4.5%的复合添加剂,考察了添加剂与基础油的相溶性,并对油品的可生物降解性能、清净性能、润滑性能进行模拟评定,确定配方。研制油品通过了FC级二冲程汽油机油全套台架评定,并且可生物降解率超过了60%。油品具有良好的使用性能和可生物降解性能。
To meet the increasingly stringent requirements in environmental protection, a FC biodegradable two -stroke gasoline engine oil was developed by taking PIB, ester oil and mineral oil as base stock and adding 4.5% of additive package. The inter - solubility between base stock and additives was studied. And the biodegradability, detergency and lubricity were evaluated by bench tests. The developed oil has passed all the required engine tests. Results showed that it has good performances and biodegradability, with over 60% biodegradation rate.
