摘要
对多个不同产地、不同品种的灵芝样品进行FTIR扫描,得到的FTIR图谱经计算机标准化处理后,建立了灵芝FTIR指纹图谱;将灵芝FTIR指纹图谱存入质量控制检索图谱库作为标准谱图,建立起一整套可用于鉴别灵芝样品真伪的计算机软件系统.
FTIR spectra of different kinds of Ganodermalucidum from different province were obtained. After the adjustment and the optimization by computer to each experimental condition, the ganodermalucidum＇s FTIR fingerprint has finally been established. The ganodennalucidum＇s FTIR fingerprint was kept as standard spectra and quality control data was established.
