摘要
目的探讨ICU患者家属的心理反应以及相应的护理干预,为进一步促进家属的医疗配合行为,减少医疗纠纷提供依据。方法针对60例ICU患者家属的心理反应进行相应的护理干预,比较护理干预前后家属心理反应的变化。结果55例患者家属心态变得积极,能很好的和医护人员配合,5例效果不明显。有效率达91.7%。结论通过对ICU患者家属心理反应的护理干预,能够提高医疗行为的配合,改善医患关系,减少医疗纠纷。
Objective To discuss the psychic reaction of ICU patients＇ family and corresponding nursing intervention, facilitating the cooperation of patient＇s family and reducing medical dissension. Methods 60 cases of ICU patients＇ family were given nursing intervention according to their psychic reaction, psychic assessment was compared after the nursing intervention. Results 55 cases of patients＇ family had more aspiring mood and better cooperation, 5 cases had unconspicuous effects. Efficiency was 91.7%. Conclusion Nursing intervention to ICU patients＇ family according to their psychic reaction may improve the cooperation and relationship between patients and hospital, and reduce medical dissension.
