摘要
以枇杷品种‘解放钟’果实为试材,用硫酸铵分级盐析方法提取4-香豆酸CoA连接酶,其最适温度为10和40℃,40和10℃下的热稳定性较好;最适pH为8.0且较稳定;最适底物为咖啡酸。
The characteristics of 4-coumarate CoA ligase (4-CL) were investigated by extracting and purifying with (NH4)2SO4 fraction from the fruits of loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl. cv. Jiefangzhong). The results showed that the optimal temperatures for the enzyme were 10℃ and 40℃at which heat stability was better. The optimal pH was 8.0 when the stability of 4-CL was relatively better, and the optimal substrate was caffeic acid.
