摘要
肾综合征出血热(HFRS)家鼠型病毒株237,经过酶斑选育后,获得的237七毒株,与原来的毒株相比,其生物学特性发生较大的变化,表现在沙鼠肾细胞上增殖的病毒滴度由原来的106.0TCID50/ml增至107.5TCID50/ml;培养液中的抗原量由原来的RPHA1:16增至1:04,由它制成的疫苗免疫家兔的血清,对UR病毒的中和抗体滴度,由原来的≤1:10,增至1:10~≥1:40。表明Z37-5毒株适用于制造灭活疫苗。
A new strain (Z37-5) was selected out from Z37 strain of hemorrhagic feverwith renal syndrome (HFRS) virus type Ⅱ by enzyme fleck test. Compared with Z37 strain,the virus titer of the new strain propagated ln primary Meriones unguiculatus kidney cell increased from 106.0 to 107.5 TCID50/ml. The antigen titer (PRHA) of it in culture fluid increased from 1: 16 to 1: 64. The titers of neutralizing antibodies to UR virus in the serumof rabbits immunized with the vaccines prepared with Z37 and Z37-5 strains were ≤1: 10and 1: 10~≥1: 40 respectively. It indicated that Z37-5 strain was suitable for the production of inactivated HFRS vaccine type Ⅱ.
