摘要
微球作为一种新型的药物载体,具有极大的发展潜力。本文综述了微球的定义、特点和制备方法,并系统综述了近年来微球在口服、鼻腔、眼部、注射及动脉栓塞转运给药系统等方面的应用概况,分析了近年来微球在发展过程中存在的问题,展望了微球的发展趋势。
Microsphere is reviewed as a new vehicle of the drug delivery syestem in pharrnaceutics. The definition , characteristic and preparation technology of the microsphere were introduced in the paper. The application status in different drug delivery system had been introduced. The questions of microsphere were analyzed and the development tendency was prospected.
