摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对高校女大学生体质弱势群体开展健康跑进行了实验研究。结果表明:体质弱势群体女大学生长期进行健康跑锻炼后,有氧耐力得到了明显的提高,改善了心肺机能,并且带来了积极的主观感受体验,对弱势群体女大学生增强体质,保持青春活力有重要作用。
By using the methods of documentation, questionnaire and statistics, this paper studies effects of jogging in inferior group of the Female College Students, The result shows that : Jogging for a long time in inferior group of the Female College Students can improve the function of heart and lung, significant difference was found in the aerobic endurance after the exercises. And the students were more active in cellist helices. It can also Building up health and holding youth and vigor in inferior group of the Female College Students.
