摘要
[目的]了解长肋日月贝的重量性状与一般性状的关系。[方法]以海南海区捕捞的野生长肋日月贝,壳长(69.720±1.309)mm为样本,对其壳长、壳高、壳宽、铰合线长及重量性状体重、软体部重、闭壳肌重和生殖腺重进行通径分析。[结果]4个形态性状对体重和闭壳肌的直接影响依次为:壳高>壳宽>铰合线长>壳长。壳高对体重和闭壳肌重的决定系数分别为:0.106 929和0.203 401,壳长对体重和闭壳肌重的决定系数分别为:0.027 225和0.001 521。4个重量性状之间,闭壳肌重对体重有极显著的正效应(通径系数0.912**),其次为生殖腺重(通径系数0.087**)。[结论]为深入探讨长肋日月贝的种质资源保护和人工育苗提供了理论依据。
[ Objective ] The research aimed to know about the relationship between weight and general characters of Amusium pleuronectes. [ Method] With wilde scallops( shell length(69. 720 ± 1. 309) mm)eaptured in Hainan sea area as samples, the path analysis was conducted on their shell lengths, shell heights, shell widths and shell car lengths, as well as their body weights, tissue weights, adductor weights and gohad weights. [ Result] The direct effects of 4 morphological characters on body weights and adductor weights were as follows in sequence: shell heights 〉 shell widths 〉 hinge line lengths 〉 shell lengths. The determination coefficients of shell height on body weight and adductor weight were 0. 106 929 and 0.203 401 resp. and that of shell length on both the weights were 0. 027 225 and 0.001 521 resp. Among 4 weight characters, adductor weight had extremely significantly positive effect on body weight (path coefficient 0.912^**), and gonad weight had subordinate effect ( path coefficient 0.087^** ). [ Conclusion] The research provided theoretical basis for thoroughly discussing the germplasm resource protection and artificial breeding of A. pleuronectes.
