不同方剂预防大鼠放射性肺炎的对比研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察平肺口服液对大鼠放射性肺炎的预防作用以及不同治疗原则指导下的立法处方对放射性肺炎的防治作用。方法SD雄性大鼠6m V直线加速器X线全胸单次照射20Gy建立放射性肺炎模型,分为模型组、平肺组、通宣理肺组与空白对照组。于放射前1周开始灌服药物,每日1次,共5周。每周测量体重,分别于照射后4周和8周行右肺下叶常规病理染色。结果大鼠全胸单次照射20Gy后,模型组肺组织发生明显炎性改变,照射后4周较照射后8周炎症反应更显著;平肺组炎症病理变化较同期模型组明显减轻,体重增长在放射4周后亦明显高于模型组;通宣理肺组病理表现及体重变化与模型组相比未见明显变化。结论平肺口服液能明显改善放射性肺炎的病理变化,通宣理肺口服液对其作用不明显;严格界定中药方剂的适应证是明确其疗效的重要前提。 Objective: To study the preventive effect of Pingfei Oral Liquid on radiation pneumonitis and compare the effects by traditional Chinese prescriptions under different treating principles. Methods: 40 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups, which were control, model, Pingfei and Tongxuanlifei group. The rat model of radiation pneumonitis was established by single thoracic irradiation in the dose of 20Gy using 6mV linear X ray. The medicine was given orally from 1 week before irradiation until 4 weeks after irradiation, once a day. Rats were weighed every week. At the 4th week and 8th week, the lower lobe of right lung were extracted, fixed and histologically stained by hematoxylin - eosin. Results: After a single 20Gy thoracic irradiation, inflammatory changes were found in the lung tissue. Inflammation was more severe at the 4th week than that of the 8th week. In Pingfei group, histological inflammation was alleviated and weight increase was also enhanced, compared with those in the model group. Neither pathological changes or weight increase of Tongxuanlifei group was found different from those of the model group. Conclusions: Pingfei Oral Liquid could alleviate the pathological changes of radiation pneumonitis, while the Tongxuanlifei Oral Liquid did not show any preventive effects. It is important to limit the indications rigorously under the principle of traditional Chinese medicine in the research of traditional Chinese herbal prescriptions.
