摘要
在实验室研究及1996年第一阶段工业试验的基础上,包钢于1996年底进行了进一步增加烟煤配比的工业试验,通过将混合煤中 200目的比例由75%~78%调整到70%~74%,使混合煤中的烟煤配比由15%左右增加到了20%~25%。烟煤配比提高后,高炉焦比下降、煤比提高,缓解了公司无烟煤紧缺的状况,经济效益显著。
Based on the investigation in the lab and the first stage industrial experiment,the industrial experiment of increasing the ratio of bituminous coal in the mixed coal which is less than 200 mesh by changing the size of the mixed coal from 75%-78% to 70%-74% was made in the end of 1996. The ratio of bituminous coal was increased from about 15% to 20%-25% . The increase of the ratio of the bituminous coal made the drop of the coke rate and the rise of coal rate in the BF production. It mitigated the shortage of anthracite coal at the company and had great economic benefit.
