摘要
欧美国家需要大量引进海外护士以满足其国内的需求,这为我国护理专业的学生开辟了一条国际就业之路,也成为许多医学院校的一个目标,但是许多医学院校的课堂教学注重培养学生的听、说、读、写等语言技能,忽视了对学生跨文化交际能力的培养。本文讲述了跨文化交际的重要性,强调了医学院校无论在英语教学还是专业教学中应该重视跨文化交际的内容。
Nurses are in great need in many western countries, which paves a way for Chinese nursing students to seek employment abroad. It is also a goal of medical colleges and universities. However, they simply focus on training students＇ listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities. The abilities of intercultural communication have been ignored. In this paper, the authors discuss the importance of intercultural communication and emphasize that priority should be given to intercultural communication both in English classes and specialty classes.
