摘要
采用数量冶金学方法和回归分析法找出影响磁粉芯性能的重要因素,导出线性回归方程来判断工艺影响的数量关系,大大减化了实验方案,研制出性能较美国样品高的高导磁高品质因数磁粉芯。
Using methods of numerical metallurgy and regression analysis, we find out important factors of the effect on magnetic core properties and derive linear regression equation, which is come into use to judge numerical relation having influence on the technology, and finally, experimental program is simplified significantly, furthermore, high magnetic permittivity core powder of high quality factor, that is better than American sample, was obtained in this work.
