摘要
目的 探讨血小板衍生生长因子 (PDGF)在硬皮病发病中的作用。方法 选用特异性多克隆抗体以免疫组化方法检测了 8例硬皮病患者和 9例正常皮肤标本 PDGF受体的表达。结果 研究发现PDGF受体 α和 β亚单位在 8例硬皮病患者皮损表达均明显增高 ,而 9例正常皮肤中仅少数标本呈微弱表达 ,此差异经统计学检验显示有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 PDGF受体 α和 β亚单位表达的增高可能与硬皮病纤维化的形成相关。
Objective To investigate the role of platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF ) receptor in the developm ent of scleroderma fibrosis.Methods The expression of PDGF receptor was detected in skin biopsy specimens of8scleroderma patients and9healthy individuals by imm unohistochem ical staining us- ing specific polyclonal antibodies. Results PDGF receptor subunitsα andβ expression w as m arkedly in- creased in all of the scleroderma lesions,whereas PDGF receptor was weakly expressed in a few norm al skin specimens,the difference was significant (P<0 .0 5 ) . Conclusion The increased expression of PDGF receptor subunits may be related to the developm ent of fibrosis of scleroderm a.
