摘要
为提高精炼炉用镁钙砖的抗侵蚀性,系统地对烧成温度及加入量进行探索,通过实验数据的对比,得出5%脱硅氧化锆加入量,1650℃×2h烧成,是合成MgO-CaO-ZrO2材料的最佳生产工艺参数。
In order to improve the anti-erosion ability of magnesia calcium brick, systematically study the sintering temperature and adding amount of desiliconization zirconia. Through companng the data of experiments, the optimal parameters are discovered as pressing with 5% addition of desiliconization zirconia and sintering at 1650℃×2h.
