摘要
以焦宝石熟料为主要原料,添加钾长石、瓷粉等外加物,制备了耐碱浇注料。研究结果表明:在耐碱浇注料中加入3%-5%钾长石、2%瓷粉作为添加剂,其抗折强度最高可达13.82 MPa,比传统的耐碱浇注料强度有很大的提高,能够有效地提高耐碱浇注料的耐碱性能。
Alkali resistant castable refractory was produced using hard clay clinker as main raw material and adding in potash feldspar, ceramic powder etc. admixture. Study result reveals that adding 3~5% potash feldspar and 2% ceramic powder as admixtures into alkali resistant castable refractory, its flexural strength can be raised up to 13.82 MPa, which is higher than ordinary castable refractories, and its alkali resistant ability is also improved effectively.
