摘要
针对地方小电厂与系统并网后相关的主变后备保护、重合闸、低频低压解列等保护和自动装置的配置及定值整定方案进行了深入研究,提出了解决方案,以确保电网和地方小电厂的安全稳定运行。
Viable measures were taken after a thorough research according to interconnection protection and safety automation device schemes including to backup protection of transformer,automatic recosing equipment, under voltage/requency based splitting relay of dispersed generators, to ensure the safety and stability of power system and dispersed generators.
