摘要
由于地方小电厂的接入,系统110 kV终端变电站的主变中性点接地方式、主变后备保护、110 kV备用电源自投、并网线路保护等都要作相应的改造和调整,以确保电网及地方小电厂的安全稳定运行。济宁电网根据自己的实际运行需求,针对地方小电厂并网的继电保护和安全自动装置的配置与定值整定,依据相关规程,作了深入研究,采取了可行的措施。对带有地方小电厂的110 kV及以下变压器和线路的保护,详细阐述了配置和定值整定方案;对相关的备用电源自投、低频低压解列和高频高压切机等装置的配置及定值整定方案作了初步探讨。
With dispersed generators connected, it is necessary to reform and adjust the connected way to the earth of the 110kV terminal transformer , backup protection of transformer, reserve power sources automatic connection device, the protection of combined net circuit and so on in order to ensure the safety and stability of power system and dispersed generators. Aiming at interconnection protection and safety automation device schemes of dispersed generators, Jining Power Supply Company made a thorough research and took viable measures according to its actual requirements and some related processes. This paper analyzes the current status of interconnection protection and safety automation device schemes of dispersed generators. The protection configuration and relay setting principles of transformers and inter-ties are described in detail for dispersed generators interconnection. The configuration and setting principles of reserve power sources automatic connection device, under voltage/frequency based splitting relay and over voltage/frequency relay are also discussed.
