摘要
近年来,经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PC I)已成为冠心病治疗的重要方法,其疗效已被大规模临床试验所证实,其适应证正在不断的拓展,接受这一治疗的病人以惊人的数量增长。对其适应证和安全性的观察和研究世界各国一直在开展,现就此做一综述。
Percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） has become an important method for the treatment of coronary heart disease, whose curative effects have been confirmed by large-scale clinical trials in the last few years. Its indications are expanding continually and the patients accepting this treatment are increasing sharply. The studies on its indications and safety,which have been developed in various coutries, are reviewed.
