摘要
指出了超高分子量聚乙烯一次烧结工艺的缺点,提出了二次烧结成型工艺,并对二次烧结成型各工艺因素对制品性能的影响进行了详细分析。实验表明,二次烧结成型工艺简单稳定,实行梯形分段烧结可使厚型制品的传热均匀,合理的配方及助剂用量,能够改善制品的机械性能。
This paper points out the fault of the first sintering process of UHPE, puts forward a second sintering and forming process and analysizes in detail the effect of the factors of the second sintering and forming process on product property. The experiment shows that the second sintering and forming process is simple and reliable, terraced sintering can make thick product transfer heat everly and reasonable directions of chemicals and auxilary can improve the mechnical property of products.
