摘要
超高分子量聚乙烯纤维(简称UHPE)是国际上近几年来开发的新型复合材料增强纤维,是世界公认的复合材料用三大先进纤维(碳纤维、芳纶、超高分子量聚乙烯纤维)之一。在已开发的纤维中,UHPE密度最小,具有许多突出的优点,这种新型的纤维增强复合材料最突出的特点是优越的高能量吸收特点,即具有最强的防弹能力,是一类理想的防弹材料。
Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene fiber(UHPE)is newly developed reinforcement of composite in the world,and it is well known as one of the three kinds of advanced fibers(Carbon fibre,Ararmid and UHPE),Compared with other fibres,UHPE has the lowest density and other outstanding properties.The remarkable advantage of it is higher energy-absorption property,i.e.stronger ballistic-protection,which means an ideal ballistc material.
