摘要
介绍了以金银花、乌龙茶为主要原料经加工处理制成一种新型保健饮料的生产工艺,并讨论了防止饮料香气损失及沉淀生成的措施等。
This paper introduces the technological process of a new kind of health beverage by using honeysuckle and oolong tea as main materials.In this paper a discussion has also been given on measures to prevent the fragrance of the beverage from getting lost and sediment from forming.
