摘要
提出了用环状短纤维对橡胶进行增强的想法,并对用该想法制得的复合材料与用普通短纤维制得的复合材料在力学性能上进行了比较分析。结果表明,环状短纤维的增强效果比普通短纤维好;用环状短纤维增强的橡胶试样在拉伸过程中表现出杨氏模量先小后大的特点。
A circular short fibre/rubber composite was produced and compared to a conventional short fibre/rubber composite in the mechanical properties.The results showed that the circular short fibre was better than the conventional short fibre in terms of the reinforcing effect;the Young′s modulus changed from low to high in the tensile test of circular short fibre/rubber composite test piece,and the tensile strengthes in T and L direction were quite similar.
