摘要
研究了丁腈橡胶被短碳纤维增强后拉伸模量的变化.通过实验,发现在采用Halpin-Tsai方程对短纤维/橡胶复合材料的拉伸模量进行预测时,纤维增强作用的度量系数取值的局限性,并对值进行了修正.修正后预测值与实验结果有较好的一致性.
Tensile modulus of NBR that is reinforced by short carbon fibers was stUdied in this paper. The defect of fiber-reinforced coefficent ξwas discovered when Halpin-Tsai equation was used to predict tensile medulus of Short Fiber/Rubber camposites (SFRC) in experiment. So it is necesary to amend the ξvalue. After the value $amended was adopted in Halpim-Tsai equation the difference of tensile medulus between prediction and experiment was very little.
