经皮神经电刺激对FeCl_3致痫大鼠行为和脑电图的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation on Behavior and Electroencephalogram of Rats With Epilepsy by FeCl_3

摘要 目的:探讨经皮神经电刺激抗癫痫的作用。方法:采用大脑皮质微量注射FeCl3溶液建立癫痫大鼠动物模型,将24只实验大鼠平均分为正常组、模型组、高频刺激组、低频刺激组。高频刺激组、低频刺激组均采用电针治疗仪在致痫后第2天开始经皮神经电刺激,共14 d,对各组进行行为学观察,脑电图描记及脑电地形图分析。结果:模型建立后2.5 h左右,大鼠开始出现癫痫发作,经皮神经电刺激可以降低FeCl3致痫大鼠脑电地形图各频段的功率,使其恢复正常,无论是短时间的刺激还是长程刺激都具有抗癫痫作用,并且高频刺激作用优于低频刺激。结论:经皮神经电刺激用于治疗癫痫辅助治疗,可达到减少发作次数、减轻发作强度,减少用药剂量,改善患者生活质量等目的。 Objective: To investigate the effect of transcutaneous electric nerve stimulation(TCNS) on resisting epilepsy. Methods: Twenty-four rats were averagely divided into 4 groups, nromal group, model group, high frequency stimulation group(HFS) and low frquency stimulation group(LFS). HFS and LFS began TCNS with electrical acupunctre after 2 days being epilepsy, for 14 days, all groups were observed behavior, electroencephalogram(EEG). Results: After 2.5 hours model establishment, the rats began epileptic attack, TCNS could decrease the power of various phases of electroencephalotopogram in rats with epilepsy, making it normal, whatever short or long stimulation, it could resist epileptic attack, and the effects of HFS was better than LFS. Conclusion: TCNS can be used to treat epilepsy as adjunctive method for decreasing attack times and power, reducing dosage to use drug and improving patient's life.
