摘要
目的:探讨心理护理对腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者应激反应的影响。方法:将腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者60例随机分为对照组和心理护理组各30例,对照组患者手术前及手术过程中进行常规护理;心理护理组患者在实施常规护理的同时进行心理护理。观察两组患者手术前、手术中、手术后血糖、皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素水平及心率、收缩压的变化情况。结果:对照组在整个手术过程中收缩压较进手术室时升高,心率也加快,而心理护理组无明显变化;对照组在手术过程中血糖、皮质醇、肾上腺素、去甲肾上腺素浓度均高于心理护理组。结论:心理护理能显著减轻腰硬联合麻醉下手术患者应激反应。
Objective ： To study the effects of psychological nursing on combined spinal - epidural anesthesia operating patients stress during operation. Methods ： 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and psychological nursing group, each group was 30 cases. The control group was accepted normal nursing and psychological nursing group was accepted psychological nursing based on normal nursing . The blood sugar, blood eortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine were detected and compared between the two groups. Results ： The sistolic blood pressure and heart rate of control group were significantly higher than basic value during operation, meanwhile the sistolic blood pressure and heart rate were stable in psychological nursing group;the blood sugar, cortisol, epinephrine and norepinephrine in control group was higher than those of in psychological nursing group . Conclusion：Psychological nursing could reduce the combined spinal -epidural anesthesia operating patients stress during operation .
