摘要
合成了用作阻垢分散剂的丙烯酸－丙烯酸甲酯－丙烯酰胺三元共聚物，研究了单体配比、链转移剂及引发剂用量、反应温度及反应时间和共聚物粘度对阻垢率的影响规律，获得了适宜的合成工艺条件。结果表明：该共聚物合成条件温和，操作简便，采用水溶液聚合，成本低，可广泛用作工业循环冷却水的阻垢分散剂。
In this paper,a series of acryiic acid-methyl acrylate-acrylamide copolymers for antiscale dispersing agent were synthesized.The effect of the ratio of monomer、the amount of chain transfer agent and amount of initiator、the reaction temperature and time,the viscosity of copolymer on the antiscale effect was studied.The technological condition was mild;the operation is easy to handle;the cost is low because of using water solution polymerization.So it can be widely used in industrial cyclic water as antiscale dispersing agent.
