阐述了容积率的定义以及容积率与项目建筑类型的对应关系,从开发商、业主及城市规划角度分析了容积率对项目产生的作用,研究了最佳容积率的推算过程,从而实现商品房开发项目的利润最大化。
Expatiate the relationship between definition of capacity rates and capacity rate, building type, from develop company, owner and city planning angles analyzed the capacity rate to the function that item produce, studying the best capacity rate reckon the process, which realizing profits maximize of the merchandise building development.
