摘要
为综合评价天山北坡经济带市县土地集约利用状况,在分析天山北坡经济带市县土地利用结构的基础上,选取了土地利用投入强度、利用程度、经济效益和土地利用持续状况四方面的14个与土地集约利用密切相关的指标,通过层次分析法对天山北坡经济带土地集约利用情况进行了综合评价,并用聚类分析对结果进行检验。结果表明,天山北坡经济带土地集约利用整体水平较低,划分出的三大类型区和五个等级土地集约利用区及各类型区土地利用举措,为研究土地集约利用提供了一个很好模式区域(带)。
In order to evaluate intensive use of the cities and counties land in the northem economic zone of Tianshan Mountains, the cities and counties land use configuration of this zone has been analyzed. And fourteen indexes which are correlated with the land use investment intensity, the user degree the economic efficiency and the land use sustainable condition have been selected to evaluate the land use through Analytical Hierarchy Process （AHP）, and the result has been proved through the cluster analysis. The result indicated that the land intensive use level in the northern economic zone of Tianshan Mountains is lower. This zone can be divided into three type areas and five rank land intensive use areas as well as measures of different land use. And a very good model region （zone） is provided for researching urban land intensive use.
