摘要
利用ANSYS/FLOTRAN对全自动液压压砖机液压系统中常见“S”型流道的液压集成块流场进行有限元分析,并比较了不同的流道长度对流线的影响。这对进一步分析流道中的能量损失和优化设计流道提供了理论依据。
FEM analysis of common ″S″ flow channel of hydraulic manifold block of automatic hydraulic press has been done by ANSYS/FLOTRAN,and flow lines have been compared with different length of flow channels,resulting in theoretical foundation for analyzing energy loss and optimizing flow channel.
