摘要
本文以缓冲器容量有限的串行生产系统为对象,应用极大代数方法,建立推动与拉动生产系统状态空间模型(含有伪机床加工时间),描述了系统动态运行过程。并进行了系统有限扰动分析,得出了拉动生产系统具有更好的物流稳定性等结论。
In this paper, the writers establish the state space models of push and pull production system with Max Algebra method to describe the system dynamical process,and also make limlted perturbation analysis for the serial production line,which has proved that pull production system has better properties of material flow stability and adaptability for environment change,etc.
