摘要
目的探讨纤维支气管镜经鼻气管插管在院前急救中的安全性和可行性。方法在院前急救中采用便携式纤维支气管镜经鼻气管内插管技术,统计插管时间,插管成功率和并发症发生率。结果41例患者院前均一次性插管成功,插管时间1～5min,未出现严重并发症。结论纤维支气管镜经鼻气管内插管技术是一种快速、安全、有效建立人工气道的技术,可在院前急救中推广和应用。
Objective To discuss the safety and possibility of the application of nasaltracheal intubation guided by fiberoptic bronchoscope in pre- hospital care. Methods The clinic data of intubation time, success rate of intubation and morbidity of complication were collecteded in the patients who were intubated with a portable intubation fiberscope. Re- suits 41 patients were intubated successfully at the first time, the intubation time ranged between 1 minute and 5 minutes. There is none complication occured in our study. Conclusion Nasaltracheal intubation guided by fiberoptic bron- choscope is a kind of technique to set up artificial airway quickly, safety and effectively, which can be generalized and applied in pre-hospital care.
