摘要
目的探讨纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管在神经科患者中的应用价值和意义。方法对82例神经系统疾病并呼吸衰竭患者在床边采用纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管,总结分析其临床资料。结果82例患者全部顺利完成气管插管,且均为一次成功,成功率100%,无严重并发症发生。插管时间30s～5min。结论纤维支气管镜引导下经鼻气管插管快速,准确,安全,在神经系统疾病患者中具有很高的临床应用价值。
[Objective] To study the clinical value of endotracbeal intubation through the nose under the guidance of fibrobronchoseopy in deparment of neurology patients, [Methods] Endotracheal intubation through the nose under the guidance of fibrobronchoscopy were applied to 82 patients with neural disease complicated with respiratory failure bedside, Clinical data were analyzed. [Results] 82 patients were all carried out the endotracheal intubation successfully in a single attempt. Successful rate is 100%. No apparent complications were seen. It took 30 seconds to 5 minutes. [Conclusion] Endotracheal intubation through the nose under the guidance of fibrobronchoscopy is quick, accurate and safe and that is worth to spread.
