摘要
新加坡大学国际化在21世纪进行得十分顺利。新加坡综合性大学有3所：新加坡国立大学（National University of Singapore，简称NUS、国大）和南洋理工大学（Nanyang Technological University，简称NTU、南大），还有2000年成立的新加坡管理大学（Singapore Management University，简称SMU、新大），另有2006年1月刚从新加坡管理学院（Singapore Institute of Management）升级的新跃大学，类似于中国的成人高校。新加坡大学国际化主要是以新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学为主的大学国际化。
This paper tries to analyze the characteristics of University Internationalization in Singapore. It, then,presents a contrastive study on University Internationalization between China and Singapore from angles of economic and developing foundation of two countries, the special historic period of University Internationalization and the status of University Internationalization policy in the university developing strategy.
