摘要
目的:了解我县茶叶锰的含量情况及饮茶习惯与摄入量的关系。方法:获取我县不同茶厂的50份茶叶参照GB/T5009.57-2003和GB/T5009.48-2003的有关方法测定。结果:所有样品均检出不同程度的锰。结论:建议茶叶的卫生标准中增加锰的检测。
Objective:To investigate the manganese in tea and relation of tea - drinking habit to manganese intake in Pingnan County. Methods:The 50 tea samples from different factories in the county was tested for manganese content according to the methods described in GB/TS009. 57 - 2003 and GB/TS009. 48 - 2003. Results: Manganese existed in all the samples more or less. Conclusion:It is recommended that manganese detection in tea be included in relevant standards of tea.
