Thermal performance coefficient identification for counterflow cooling towers

摘要 根据逆流式冷却塔的热力计算模型,综合考虑冷却水量损失,采用焓差法对冷却塔的性能系数进行了计算,结合实验数据对性能系数公式中的相关参数进行了辨识。与忽略冷却水量损失的性能系数计算值进行了对比,并将两种性能系数计算结果应用于冷却塔仿真模型。与实测数据的比较显示,采用本文辨识方法计算的性能系数对应的仿真结果精度更高。 Based on a thermodynamic calculating model for counterflow cooling towers, calculates the thermal performance coefficient by enthalpy difference method considering the cooling water loss, and identifies the relative parameters in the formula by using some experimental data. Compares the calculating method with the method of neglecting cooling water loss. Applies the calculated results from these two methods to a cooling tower simulation model. The simulation results of cooling tower with the thermal performance coefficient considering the cooling water loss are very closer to experimental data.
