摘要
冷却塔是循环冷却系统的重要组成部分,针对逆流式冷却塔热质交换过程,采用k-ε湍流、面射流、离散相、多孔介质和组分输运等5种模型,分别实现喷淋区、填料区、雨区热质传递数值模拟。结果表明:本文建立的模型出水温度预测值与实际值偏差在±4.2%以内,并发现逆流式冷却塔填料区的风速在靠近内壁区域比中间区域高,且越靠近进风口的填料层卡门涡街现象越明显,进风口靠近塔内壁处和塔底部集水盘附近存在低速气流区。
Cooling tower is a most important part of cooling system.An exchange process model forcounter flow cooling tower was established up by using 5 kinds of models,such as k-ε turbulence,jet flow,discrete phase,porous medium,and component transport.Numerical simulation were designed for spray area,filling area,and heat transfer area respectively.Result show that the predictive value of deviation within 4.2%,and found that the wind cooling tower in the filling area close to the inner wall area than the middle area,the closer to the packing layer of the air inlet and the Carmen vortex phenomenon more obvious,on the air inlet near the inner wall of the tower and the tower bottom water collecting tray there is a low velocity flow area.
