摘要
学科馆员制度是顺应时代潮流而产生的一种图书馆新型信息服务模式。指出现阶段学科馆员的主要工作,医学院校学科馆员的服务内容与形式,并以首都医科大学图书馆学科馆员服务建立5年以来的实践为依据,分析学科馆员服务中存在的问题,对今后如何改进学科馆员工作提出设想。
Subject librarian system is a new service model emerging and increasing with conforming to the trend of times. It＇ s necessary to analyze both present work of subject librarians and contents and types of subject librarian service. Taken the 5 - year practice of Capital Medical University library as the evidence, the paper analyzes the existing problems in the service along with the assumption of how to improve the work of subject librarians.
