摘要
在介绍学科馆员制度内涵的基础上,分析了我国高校实施学科馆员制度的现状,从学科馆员的素质、学科馆员制度的激励机制以及传统管理模式与这一制度之间的冲突等方面指出了高校图书馆学科馆员制度建设中存在的问题,并且提出了相应的对策。
After introducing the connotation of the subject librarian system, this paper analyses the current status of implementing the subject librarian system in civil colleges and universities, points out that there existing many problems in the construction of subject librarian system, such as the literacy of the subject librarians, the inspiration mechanism of subject librarian system and the conflict between the traditional management pattern and the subject librarian system, etc. and finally brings up some corresponding countermeasures.
