摘要
《查新检索咨询委托书》是查新用户对需要查新课题要点的说明,也是查新工作人员进行查新检索、对比分析的重要依据。现回顾分析查新咨询工作中受理的《查新检索咨询委托书》中出现的主要问题及其产生的原因,提出相应的解决对策以及在提高《查新检索咨询委托书》填写质量上的一些认识和做法。
The trust - deed for novelty assessment and consultant will not only provide detailed explanation to the new project, but also provide important evidence for novelty retrieving and analyzing. The paper reviews and analyzes the existing problems and their cau- ses in the trust -deed, proposes some ideas on improving the quality of filling in the trust -deed.
