摘要
利用近红外分析仪,对30份不同直链淀粉含量的水稻品系进行了光谱扫描,并用国标化学法对其直链淀粉含量的参比值进行了测定.通过近红外定标软件(WinISI III),采用多种计量数学处理方法和不同的回归统计方法进行定标曲线的开发和比较,优化建立了水稻直链淀粉含量测定的近红外分析定标模型.其定标标准偏差(Standard error of calibration,SEC)、交叉检验标准误差(Standard error of cross-validation,SECV)和定标决定系数(Regression squared,RSQ)分别为0.277、1.492和0.979.利用建立的近红外定量分析模型,实现了对水稻航天育种后代材料的快速筛选与鉴定.
The thirty samples of astronautic rice seeds were scanned by near infrared reflectance spectroscopy (NIRS) analyzer to determine and the amylose contents in the seeds. With the WinlSI III calibration execution software, several mathematics treatments of the sample spectra and different regression methods were adopted to optimize the equation, and the NIRS calibration for rice amylose was established. The standard error of calibration (SEC), standard error of cross-validation (SECV) and regres- sion squared (RSQ) of the calibration were 0. 277, 1. 492 and 0. 979 respectively. The amylose contents of rice seeds in space mutation breeding programs could be rapidly sereened and identified by NIRS model which was established in this study.
