摘要
应用离子排斥色谱法测定了饮料中的苯甲酸含量。其方法灵敏度高,选择性和重现性好,而且样品预处理简单,大大简化了操作步骤,缩短了分析时间,是一种测定苯甲酸含量的好方法。
The content of benzoic acid in beverages was determined by ion-exclusion chromatography. Featured by high sensitivity, good selectivity and repeatability, simple sample pre-treatment, simplified operation and shortened analysis time, the method is highly suitable for the determination of benzoic acid.
