电力系统小干扰稳定安全评估的一般原则及其在贵州电网中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 互联电力系统的低频振荡问题日益突出,对实际电网开展及时、有效的小干扰稳定安全评估,深入掌握系统小干扰稳定特性具有十分重要的现实意义。针对相关研究系统性、规范性不足的问题,提出工程中小干扰稳定安全评估的一般原则,即有效性、典型性和可验性原则。将上述原则应用于贵州电网的小干扰稳定安全评估中,指出贵州电网的关键模式为云贵区域模式,分析了云贵区域模式受贵州外送功率、贵州500kV线路接线、贵州机组电力系统稳定器参数影响的特性,提出通过现场测试调整电力系统稳定器参数,提高系统阻尼的建议。文中的研究可为现场开展小干扰稳定安全评估提供参考。 Nowadays low frequency oscillation becomes a serious problem in interconnected power grids increasingly, so it is significant to evaluate small signal stability in time and efficiently. Due to the deficiency of systematicness and normalization in related researches, the authors propose the general principles for small signal stability evaluation in engineering, i.e, the effectiveness, typicalness and verifiability. Applying the general principles in small signal stability evaluation of Guizhou power grid, it is pointed out that the Guizhou-Yunnan inter-area oscillation mode is the key mode of Guizhou power grid, and the featrues that Guizhou-Yunnan inter-area oscillation mode is impacted by the power sent outwards form Guizhou via tie-lines, the topology of Guizhou 500kV network and PSS parameters of Guizhou generation units are analyzed, from this, the suggestions of adjusting PSS parameters and carrying out on-site testing to intensify system damping are given.
