脊柱椎弓根影像学进展 被引量：2

摘要 1949年Michele和Krueger报道了椎弓根的解剖特点，1959年Boucher[1]首先应用螺钉经椎弓根到达椎体，用于腰骶椎融合固定，1986年Roy-Camille和Steffee报道椎弓根螺钉技术做脊柱后路短节段内固定，获得了良好的效果。随后椎弓根螺钉内固定技术逐渐发展，现已广泛应用于多种脊柱疾病的治疗。国内外学者对椎弓根的应用解剖进行了一系列的研究，现已认识到不同地区、性别、脊椎节段、年龄椎弓根间存有明显差异。
