摘要
为探明小麦生态雄性不育系ES-8,ES-10和恢复系恢17,83-2的部分制种特性,1995~1996年度和1996~1997年度在长沙连续两个年度进行了制种试验.结果表明:利用ES-8,ES-10进行制种,于9月底至10月上旬播种,两年度均稳定不育.不育系和恢复系开花比较集中,单穗一日开花高峰期不育系为:8:00~11:00,恢复系为9:00~12:00,群体开花历期7~8d,单穗开花历期4~5d.就开颖状况而言,不育系ES-8优于ES-10,ES-8在没有接受花粉条件下不闭颖,而ES-10则明显存在“开颖-闭颖-再开颖”的过程,开颖后几分钟张颖角度达到最大值,并可以保持1~2h,此时是接受花粉的最佳时期.不育系的柱头活力一般可以维持8~9d。
The seed production characteristics of two ecological male sterile lines (ES 8,ES 10) and two restorer lines (Restore17, 83 2) in wheat were studied through seed production experiments in Changsha during 1995~1996 and 1996~1997. The results were as follow: a. ES 8 and ES 10 kept male sterile in seed production of two years. b. The two male sterile lines reached the peak of flowering between 8:00 a.m.and 11:00 a.m. while the two restorer lines did between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. in a day. The flowering of the population and a panicle lasted for 7~8 and 4~5 days. c. The male sterile line ES 8 was better in glume opening than ES 10. The glumes of ES 8 did not close without receiving pollen while those of ES 10 apparently had the process of 'opening-closing-opening'. Its angle beacme the largest a few minutes after the glume opened and remained for 1~2 hours optimum for receiving pollen. d. The stigmas of the male sterile lines could keep viable for 8 ~9 days with the highest viability on the fourth or fifth day after anthesis.
