摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下输卵管套扎法切除间质部妊娠的临床应用价值。方法对36例因输卵管间质部妊娠于该院行腹腔镜下患侧输卵管套扎法切除患测输卵管的患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果36例均于腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,无1例中转开腹,手术时间短,术中出血少,术后持续性异位妊娠发生率低。结论腹腔镜下输卵管套扎法切除间质部妊娠安全、可行,可降低操作难度,易于学习和掌握。
[Objective] To investigate the clinical value of laparoscopic salpingectomy after ligating using lasso in treating interstitial tubal pregnancy. [Methods] A total of 36 cases of interstitial tubal pregnancy diagnosed and treated by laparoscope were analyzed retrospectively. [Results] Laparoscopic operations in all the 36 cases were conducted successfully without conversions to open surgery and with a shorter surgical time, less blood loss and less persistent ectopic pregnancy. [Conclusion] This improved laparoscopic surgical approach for interstitial tubal pregnancy is a preferable method with advantages of safety and mini-invasion and can make the surgery easier.
